Bring Heaven to Earth

In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.

We have a special calling

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light.

1 Peter 2:9

Ekklesia: influencing our cities

The word for Church in the New Testament is Ekklesia (79 times).

And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.

Matthew 16:18

In Greek cities, Ekklesia were the people representing the city, making decisions on behalf of the city. Ekklesia should influence the city in a positive way.

Ambassadors for Christ

Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.

2 Corinthians 5:20

Presbeuo = Representative = Ambassador! A senior representative of a country. Where the ambassador is, the country is! And the country provides the ambassador with housing, travel, food and everything needed.

As I was praying one morning very early, Holy Spirit put it on my heart: Get 100 people who know that God called them to be Kingdom Ambassadors!

• Reaching the lost.
• Making disciples of Jesus Christ.
• Equipping believers.
• Planting Houses of Power and ministries.
• Uplifting the poor.
• Sowing into God’s Kingdom.
